Whatever you choose and order - you always have 14 days to check everything. If something really doesn't fit or you don't like it or you would like to have a piece of jewellery engraved, simply send it back to us together with the invoice (except for items that have already been engraved) and note on the return slip which pieces of jewellery you would like to return to us. Rhomberg accepts unworn items without signs of wear and in their original packaging.
Return FormWe recommend that you send the parcel by registered post so that you do not have to pay for the damage incurred in the event of loss. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
